ok, let us do the following:

* Fedor or Tagir, please send me a good link to the description of  
'bed' format -- I will file in feature request myself

* unlink of transpose-files -- I will assign that to Stepan, and this  
can wait till new year

* 'iterator' problem description I will send in later -- this is  
something which should not take too much time to look at, and I will  
appreciate if we all (especially Stepan) have a look and comment  
within 1-3 days from the point it's been sent and move it to a stage  
to be posted to R-dev for suggestions.
