pkg/OmicABELnoMM/Makefile.am
pkg/OmicABELnoMM/configure.ac
pkg/OmicABELnoMM/src/Algorithm.cpp
pkg/OmicABELnoMM/tests/Makefile
pkg/OmicABELnoMM/tests/test.cpp
Log:
Automake integration of tests now runs them using make check. Tests are also compiled along with the normal executable.
