[FLR-list] Fitting biomass models using mpb

Dear all,


We are trying to fit some biomass models using the mpb package, using a FLstock object as the input. The package however produces an error when coercing the stock object to biodyn class. I have checked that the error is reproducible also with the test object:


data(ple4)

bd = as(ple4, "biodyn")


Error in as(ple4, "biodyn") : could not find function "asMethod"


Version is mpb_1.0.0


(it does work on biodyn_0.0.2  though)
