[FLR-list] disc.nyears in stf()

Hi, 

I just found out that there used to be an argument disc.nyrs in stf() allowing to choose the number of years to be used for calculating the proportions of landings.n vs. discards.n - at least, the help file still mention it. But the current function does not have that one anymore, it uses wts.nyears - so it is for example not possible to use a three years average for weight at age and a one year average for the discards ratio... which North Sea cod forecast uses...

Would it be possible to re-introduce that argument? I see no reason why this should not be there anymore?
