Dear Laurie,
Thank you for your answer. I have loaded FLash and now I have another error message. The code for fwd is the following
res <- fwd(GH.biol, GH.fleet, year=y, TAC=yrCatch, sr.model="ricker", sr.param=sr.params, sr.residuals=sr.resids[,ac(y)])
GH.biol is a FLBiol and GH.fleet is a FLFleet. I have loaded the libraries FLCore, FLXSA, FLAssess and FLash.
Now the program gives me the following error:
Error en .local(object, fleets, ...) :
the argument was no used (year = 2010, TAC = 25375, sr.model = "ricker", sr.param = c(35.7146729757961, 9.63966684532422e-05))
I don´t know if the code of fwd was changed and the parameters of the function are others... Any suggestion?
Thank you very much,
Diana

"fwd" is still called "fwd".
Have you loaded FLash?
Laurie
