[Flr-list] FLR 2.4

Dear colleagues,

FLR version 2.4 is out !

New features we're added and more documentation included in the form of 
vignettes. To install start R and run 
install.packages(repos="http://flr-project.org") . To take a look at 
vignettes run vignette(package="FLCore") to get a list or 
vignette("vignette_name") to see it.

Simultaneously we did a small re-factoring of our website and mailing 
lists. Visit http://flr-project.org and/or http://tyflr.flr-project.org.
