[Expm-developers] R package 'expm' - uploaded to CRAN

Dear CRAN maintainers,

I've uploaded the 'expm' package to CRAN's incoming,
for the first time.

It's been an R-forge package for quite some time,
and we want to expose it more clearly to be "widely" used,
as we think it has been near "production" quality for a while.
