Log:
* Small formatting changes to cana157.Rd and write.tridas.Rd.
* Added \encoding{UTF-8} to all .Rd files. "Writing R Extensions"
reads "So an \encoding{} section must be used to specify the
encoding if it is not ASCII." The "must" is pretty clear, although
"The encoding declared in the DESCRIPTION file will be used if none
is declared in the file." Not all .Rd files in dplR contain
non-ASCII characters, but we add the \encoding{} anyway so that it
will not be missing when possibly needed in the future.
