Log:
svn:ignore temporary files produced when building the vignette. Covers
all files left behing by RStudio. Also includes other typical LaTeX
temporary files.

Andy: Does this remove the need for a Makefile? As far as I can see,
the temporary files are not included in the .tar.gz file produced with
R CMD build. This svn:ignore solves the only real annoyance left (that
I know of), i.e. the files being visible in svn status.
