distrSim now checks and installs without any error under 2.7.0 Patched (2008-05-29 r45814) and 2.8.0 Under development (unstable) (2008-05-29 r45814). We get one warning which is

Bad \usage lines found in documentation object 'Subsetting-methods':
  \S4method{[}{SeqDataFrames}(x, i, j, k, drop = FALSE)
  \S4method{[}{SeqDataFrames}(x, i, j, k) <- value

Functions with \usage entries need to have the appropriate \alias entries,
and all their arguments documented.
The \usage entries must correspond to syntactically valid R code.
See the chapter 'Writing R documentation files' in manual 'Writing R
Extensions'.

This warning is due to a bug in R - confer E-Mails on Rdevel.
