[datatable-help] Table output with NA values

After reading in data, I tried summarising some of the data into tables. 

Everything seems to work out fine except for one row of values which pops up
as: NA 



I've looked at the original data file and there is nothing wrong. 

Does anyone know why this usually happens? Can I add any information to
help?
