[datatable-help] multiply columns in two vectors

Dear r-helpers out there

Is there a function or a code string for multiplying the numbers in e.g. a n x m vector by another n x m vector ? The result should be a n x m vector with the product of the two numbers in each vector on the same position in the new vector.
