[datatable-help] What's the trick to paste several columns together in one

the data.table syntax was not the issue. do.call was :), there is no mention
of this kind of row-oriented operations in the vignettes btw.
About posting, we do not have access to SO anymore so I'll keep posting on
the list.
When you said "so much stuff" were you refering to the number of posts ?
