[datatable-help] melt for data.table

Hi everybody, 

In the recent commit (940-944), a faster version of melt, "fmelt" is implemented. Have a look at this post (http://stackoverflow.com/a/18668808/559784) for a benchmark. It'd be great to get some feedback.
