[Chaid-commits] Report an installation error

Dear chaid developers

I encountered some errors as I was installing CHAID package
System:Windows XP _32, R 2.9.2

> install.packages("CHAID", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")
Warning message:
In getDependencies(pkgs, dependencies, available, lib) :
  package ‘CHAID’ is not availab

I downloaded the zip file, CHAID_0.1-0.zip and try to install
error:need to install partykit,can't install partykit
I downloaded the zip file, partykit_0.1-0.zip but it can't be opened...

Are there anything wrong with the partykit zip file?
