Dear Joaquin,

The threshold used for KAPPA (resp. TSS,....) evaluation is the one that 
leads to the best evaluation (the evalauation returned). It's not really 
parameterizablewithin biomod.. If you want to play with this threshold 
you have to do it by yourself.. Find.Optim.Stat(...) function should 
help you to do it (Fixed.thresh arg) .
