[Biomod-commits] Spatially explicit occupancy models

Dear Wilfried, Bruno and other list members,
I work regularly with occupancy models, that instead of working with
presence/absence data, work with detection/non detection data. This
type of model include the detection probability in the likelihood.
Sometimes we work with this type of data, for example, when we visit a
site or a sampling unit more than one time.
Is there any way to make this occupancy model spatially explicit in the
way that other species distribution model do? Is there any way to
include a formula derived from the occupancy model to map the results
using the framework of BIOMOD or other capability in R?
Best,
Manuel
