Yes, that could be possible to store the data used for the evaluation
strip method.
That will probably ask for a 3D array because we will have several
species, several variables and several methods.
I'll see what I can do but it is not our priority list for the moment.
Our priority list is:
- Make BIOMOD working with raster/grid environmental data (for the
pseudo-absence selection for intance, for the Initial.State function,
and for the projection function and the associated ones like
Biomod.RangeSize etc...).
- Make BIOMOD working with other type of data: abundance, rates...
- Make BIOMOD working with categorical data. Some methods easily
handle categorical data but some not. We need to double-check.
- Finalize the user interface. It is almost there.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, we'll try to implement it asap.
