[Biomod-commits] IndependentReposnce and IndependentExplanatory

Dear Hakim,

this is pretty straighforward. The IndependantReponse and
IndependentExplanatory are used to evaluate the quality of the models in
the case you have independent datasets. In most of the case, we do not
have independent datasets and we use K-fold cross-validations.

In your case, it seems you would like to predict your response variables
in June 2007. I guess you do not have the response variables for that
time but only the explanatory variables. Is that correct?

If I am correct, do not fill out the IndependentReponse and
IndepedentExplanatory data.
Run Models with K-folds cross-validations and then use the Projections
function to predict your variables (breeding survey) onto 2007.

Hope it helps,
Wilfried
