[Batman-users] RelCon confidence intervals

Hello,

I would like just to know if the values used to calculate the mean 
relative concentration stored in RelCon.txt are stored in any other 
file. I presume these values are stored in betaSam files, is this 
correct?
Anyway, I find that the mean of betaSam for a metabolite does not match 
the same metabolite RelCon.
Could someone clarify this?
