Dear BATMAN users

You may be interested to know that we now have a Nature Protocols article on BATMAN which came out today. See
http://www.nature.com/nprot/journal/v9/n6/full/nprot.2014.090.html

The protocol should be helpful as a kind of 'tutorial' article in how to use the software. It includes up to date information on usage including related software such as the spectral sorting approach for improving fits on shifting peaks. NOTE THAT THIS ARTICLE IS FREE (OPEN ACCESS) FOR ONE WEEK ONLY. Thereafter you will need a subscription to the journal to download it.

Do let us know your comments and experiences, and as always, many thanks for using BATMAN!

Best wishes

Tim
