Hi Juan Gabriel,

    I think it’s best if you increase the niter and not the nsim. The default niter is of 11000 iterations, which might be too short for your data. Try setting the niter to 25000 and see if that helps. Otherwise, could you send me a snapshot of the basta output using function summary()?

Hi. I am just starting to use BaSTA. My data do not seem to converge, and I don’t get DIC values. I have tried making more simulations, but it has not worked until now. If the model do not reach convergence after, say 15 or 20 simulations, does that mean that the quality of my dataset does not allows running the analyses?
