[Basta-users] Error with simulation to find jump sd's

Hi,

I am trying the simplest possible analysis with BaSTA with my own data using the following comand:

out<-basta(object=marmot.dat,studyStart=2007,studyEnd=2014)

but it gives me the following error message:

No problems were detected with the data.

Starting simulation to find jump sd's... 
Error in if (acceptCrit > acceptProb) { : 
  missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

DataCheck tells me that the data is fine. 
Anyone knows how to fix this?
