[Basta-users] Analysis without missing values

Dear Felix,

   I believe that the input table has the birth and death columns at the end instead of at the beginning. So the way I think you should have them is: first a column with the IDs, birth, death, recapture matrix and then covariates. We are going to update the vignette explaining this better.
