[Amore-commits] Doxygen help files

AMORE++  ---new name candidate--- now uses Doxygen to generate the reference
help files.
You can browse the help at the AMORE++ web page at the R-forge repository.
Çat your convenience, visit the Con class documentation to get the taste.

The usage examples pursue to provide the reader a better understanding of
how the package works.
