[adegenet-forum] adegenet 2.1.6 released to CRAN

I've released a patch version of {adegenet} to CRAN.

If you want a binary for windows or mac before CRAN compiles them, you can
use my r-universe:

install.packages('adegenet', repos = c("https://zkamvar.r-universe.dev",
getOption("repos")))
