[adegenet-forum] Request for assistance for DAPC

Good morning,
I am PhD student in France. As part of my work, I did genotyping by sequencing of rice fungi. I made a DAPC thanks to your tutorial. I have identified 4 groups (see Table 1, "table(pop(genind_exsero_BF), clusters_exsero$grp)"). You can see the distribution of isolates within the 4 groups according to the localities. This way of representing does not suit me because you will see for example that group 3 is the rarest.I would like the rare group to have the highest number (i.e. 4) in the visualisation. Is there a function so that group numbers are given in descending order of number of isolates as shown in table 2?
