[adegenet-forum] inbreeding estimate

Hi adegenet users,

I'm trying to estimate inbreeding in the population I'm currently
studying through adegenet function inbreeding.
I'm having a problem when I set the res.type to estimate or function
all individuals get an estimate of 1 and density of 0. It seems to
have no problem when res.type is sample. The mean for each individual
varies from 0.42 to 0.57.

If someone could help on this issue, I would really appreciate it.
