[adegenet-forum] Regarding input file in R

Respected Sir/Madam
I have SSP typing allele frequency data and I want to make clusters and
dendrogram but I have seen only in the archive that only VCF is made as an
input file for R. Can I make clusters and dendrogram with CSV file? I
attached the CSV file.

I hope to hear from you and learn something new.
