[adegenet-forum] data analysis by DAPC

 Hello Dear,
I have 1500 DArT markers(0 or 1 data) on durum wheat crop, and I need to
investigate structure and genetic diversity parameters by DCPA technique.
Please inform me with how to crate data file input for analysis in R
software.
