Hello,
yes, the arguments xlim and ylim are what you're looking for. As mentioned in the doc, see ?s.class, which is the main function used in scatter.dapc. Note that the window is constrained to be square, so if not compatible your xlim and ylim will be only approximately respected to fit a square of the corresponding dimensions.

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to extend the plot area of the Dapc analysis (scatter command)? For some reason one of the inertia ellipses doesn’t show entirely and is cut off at the edge (see below).
