[adegenet-forum] Quantifying Admixture

Does anyone know a good technique for quantifying Admixture? Ideally I'd
like something on a scale of .0 to .1 (similar to how heterzygosity is
measured), but I would be interested in anything that would give me more
scale than just the number of q values greater than .1 in a STRUCTURE plot.
