The 'basics' vignette can also be useful, as you'll have details on how to import data into adegenet. Also look in the archives as there were recent emails on this topic

I'm trying to use the  SPCA in package adegenet, but I'm finding it difficult to assemble the input data. I would love some guidance how to assemble  the data of the microsatellite with the geographic coordinates.
