[adegenet-forum] genind object to data format for ade4 AMOVA

Dear Vinson,

there is no conversion to the ade4 format as all the 'genetics' material in ade4 is deprecated.

Please consider using the function 'amova' from the pegas package, which is a better implementation of the method.

Cheers

Thibaut

Subject: [adegenet-forum] genind object to data format for ade4 AMOVA

I would like to convert a genind object to the format used by ade4 for an AMOVA. An example of the data format can be seen by:
library(ade4)
humDNAm

Thanks,
Vinson
