[adegenet-forum] adegenet: new release (1.3-2)

We have just released a new version of adegenet for R 2.14.0. Linux sources already available, binaries for window$ / Mac will be there within a day or two.

No new functionalities, but a few changes to internal code which should avoid problems with multicore architectures in the future releases of R. Also, the function fstat has been removed definitively from adegenet. It required hierfstat, which seems to be gone from CRAN for good. See documentation (?fst) for a very simple way to compute F statistics using Emmanuel Paradis's pegas package.
