[adegenet-forum] DNAbin2genind

Hello Ilaria, 

I'm sorry but DNAbin2genind does work in adegenet 1.3. The only reason why the function would not be found is a problem during the installation/loading of the package.

Are you sure you are not getting any warning when typing, in a fresh session:
library(adegenet)

As a sanity check, also try:
example(SNPbin)
example(predict.dapc)

I've installed the new Adegenet (1.3) and have been trying to import a DNAbin to Genind with no success since. I keep getting an error message saying that it cannot not find the DNAbin2genind function. Other functions work fine, so I think installation of the package went well. Any thoughts?
