Hello,

please check your installation of adegenet, and make sure you're using the latest version. In particular, you may want to have a look at the FAQ on the website ( http://adegenet.r-forge.r-project.org/) in case of error message during the loading of the package.

Best

Thibaut.

Subject: [adegenet-forum] df2genind

Hello,

I have been converting data frames to genind objects all week. However, df2genind function apparently is not available today and R returns an error message
“could not find function ‘df2genind’”

Can someone help.

Regards,

Alfred
