[adegenet-forum] DAPC published

Dear all, 

sorry for the intensive email spamming over these last days. Fortunately I should run out of news eventually (although I plan yet another -minor- release of adegenet soon).

Over the last weeks, I have received quite a few emails of enquiry about the Discriminant Analysis of Principal Components (DAPC, functions find.clusters and dapc). People obtained results with the method while it was not published yet, which was a bit of a pain.

I am glad to inform you that the DAPC paper has now been published in its final form by BMC Genetics. It is freely available there:
