You're right. This information is accessible for dapc objects using "summary"; it gives the probability of assignment of genotypes to groups based on the retained discriminant functions. However, assignment probabilities are influenced by the size of the input space (number of PCA components retained). Please look at the documentation of the function 'a.score' (under development, in the devel version) for more details. You should select the number of PCA components which optimize the 'a-score' before interpreting assignment probabilities.

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but does find.clusters given anything like the equivalent of STRUCTURE's 'Q' (a probability that an individual is a member of a particular cluster).
