[adegenet-forum] new patches for adegenet

Dear users,

I have just commited four patches to the current version of adegenet (1.2-3) on adegenet's website:
http://adegenet.r-forge.r-project.org/      (section download)
They should be available within a few hours, the time for R-Forge to update to page. As some of them correct bugs, I recommend you have a swift look in case they fix a function you would be using. 

Although usually the lifespan of patches is rather short, the next adegenet release may be delayed as it will incorporate a new method, which is still under review.
