Hello Duccio,

Here is a quick answer:
###
help.search("read genepop")
?read.genepop
###

Reading the doc, especially the tutorial on adegenet website (http://adegenet.r-forge.r-project.org/) will help you for using adegenet.

Best,

Thibaut.

Subject: [adegenet-forum] input data

I have a genetic dataset derived from genepop software with one line per individual
and 2xL columns... i.e. alleles are coded as integer within each cell.
Instead, the geneind object would require all alleles as columns... Is there an automatic conversion function?

Thanks
Duccio
