[adegenet-forum] new version of adegenet

Dear list,

a new version of adegenet (1.1-2) has been uploaded on CRAN today, and 
should be available within 1-2 days (depending on your platform). This 
version corrects a few bugs and adds some new stuff, like improved 
checking of genind/genpop objects, and the function 'propShared' to 
compute the proportion of shared alleles among genotypes. All 'news' 
attached to this release can be found on the adegenet website (section 
'News).

As usual, all comments and suggestions are welcome.
