I use this occasion to provide a few recent information about adegenet:

- new version 1.1-0 has been released on CRAN last week, including S4 
classes, new spatial genetics tools, new I/O functions, a hybridization 
function and other stuff (see ?adegenet).
- website has moved definitely to R-Forge: 
http://adegenet.r-forge.r-project.org/
- a new tutorial has been released on the website
