[Tikzdevice-bugs] New Google Groups interface

Given the recent overhaul of Google Groups, I have decided to set up a group 
that will mirror the list hosted at R-Forge and serve as an alternate portal 
for posting and viewing archives.  The group may be accessed at:

    http://groups.google.com/group/tikzdevice

Here's to having a mailing list with an actual searchable archive and an 
interface that doesn't look like ass.
