[Tikzdevice-bugs] newbie with a simple question

I highly suggest you upgrade to the most recent version of R (2.11.1)
and tikzDevice (0.5.0) and see if that works.  There have been a lot
of improvements on both and it may work out of the box with the most
recent versions.
