Dear Ruth,

Recently
I also tried to get a sample of simulated networks by using
returnDeps=TRUE in order to inspect how my model represents the degree
distributions of my bipartite network.

However, I have a problem
with the numbering of the nodes in the returned edgelist. If I am not
mistaken, whereas the simulated networks appear to be correct bipartite
networks, numbers are assigned to nodes without distinguishing between
modes and therefore it becomes impossible to find out afterwards which
is which.

For example, given my network with 83 actors of the
first mode, in the first simulated network a tie exists between 82 and
72. How can I tell which node belongs to which mode and be able to
compute the degree distribution for both of them?

Thank you again for your help,

Marco
