[Rnomads-user] update to package dependencies has broken rNOMADS, fix is coming up

I believe Hadley Wickham has updated his 'rvest' package, and the resulting changes have caused rNOMADS to stop working.  I'll be investigating this issue and I'll send a message when it's resolved.
