<div><div dir="ltr">Hi, <br><br>I have having the same errors installing RcppOctave as reported back in Nov 11 2014.<br><br>Ran install.packages('RcppOctave') in R and got <br><br>"Error : /tmp/RtmpV72mPb/R.INSTALL8bb4108467/RcppOctave/man/o_addpath.Rd:40: .onLoad failed in loadNamespace() for 'RcppOctave', details:<br> call: lapply(X = X, FUN = FUN, ...)<br> error: object 'dlibs' not found" "<br><br>The development version for RcppOctave installed without a problem.<br><br>This time R version is 3.2.0 on a clean install of Ubuntu 15.04 64 bits. Octave version is 3.8.2 but this time is complied with the ./configure options --with-hdf5-includedir=/usr/include/hdf5/serial --with-hdf5-libdir=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial <br><br>Ubuntu 15.04 now allows installing both the serial and openmpi versions for hdf5 they are installed in the subdirectories .../hdf5/serial and ../hdf5/openmpi respectively. Octave seems to have a problem picking up hdf5 in the openmpi subdirectory so I used the serial version.<br><br>Thanks.<br> </div></div>
