[Rcppoctave-user] RcppOctave on Mac OS

I may have confused things by mentioning AT&T (and Simon) as a
source for gfortran. What I had in mind is that the version of gfortran
that is recommended when building R is available from that source
(see the R Mac OS FAQ). But this is not strictly necessary when
building Octave (or RcppOctave).
