Works on my mac running OS 10.4.11, but I have the older R version (2.7.2). <div><br></div><div>The install from binary works also: install.packages("phylobase",repos="<a href="http://r-forge.r-project.org">http://r-forge.r-project.org</a>")</div><div><br></div><div>Some of my students who had R 2.8 had to build from source, as the binaries for 2.8 were not available about a month ago.</div><div><br></div><div>Most mac users do not have the appropriate binaries installed, but the instructions are spelled out on the Mac OS FAQ's.
